KATHUA, Apr 8: Police-youth interaction meeting was held at Police Station Lakhanpur.
The meeting was chaired by SHO Lakhanpur Inspector Sumeet Sharma and was attended by youth and other respectable citizens of Lakhanpur.
The main aim of meeting was to seek cooperation from youth and general public in adherence of the guidelines as well as health advisories issued by the District Administration from time to time for the prevention of COVID-19 while dealing with their day to day activities.
Besides, all the Youth participants were motivated and counseled to be proactive in sports, talent hunt, creativity, career counseling and to act as catalysts of social change.
During meeting various issues regarding COVID-19, eradication of drug menace from the area and traffic management were discussed.
SHO Lakhanpur Inspector Sumeet Sharma listen their grievances and assured them that all possible steps must be taken for redressal of their grievances.
The participants in these meetings assured their full cooperation to police.
