SRINAGAR, May 17: Police has sought help in identifying a semi decomposed body which was recovered in Ganderbal district.
A Police spokesman said that on Sunday, Police Station Sonamarg recovered a male body, age about 27/28 years, fair in colour and wearing blue trouser from Nallah Sonamarg. The body has been kept in the mortuary of PHC Sonamarg.
He said in this regard, proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been started. “The body seems to be that of a non local. Anybody having any information regarding the deceased, may kindly contact 0194-2416564, 0194-2416478 or Police Control Room on 100,” he said.
