KATHUA, Mar 31: Rajbagh Police has registered a FIR under Section 366 RPC against a youth, Ranjit Singh of Jasrota district Kathua for kidnapping a girl and started a manhunt to arrest him.
According to reports the Rajbagh Police registered a FIR on the basis of a written compliant by Raghubir Kaur, wife of Kuldeep Singh that her daughter who was a student of BA Part II has been kidnapped by Ranjit Singh yesterday.
