Jammu, Aug 11: Police officers today visited border areas along IB for security review ahead of Independence Day. S P Rural Suram Singh, SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul and SHO Kanachak Ravi Singh Parihar visited Sua No 1, Rajpura Chowk, Jhiri Naka, P S Kanachak, BSF Post Old Kanachak 152, BSF Post Gole Pattan 12 Bn,BPP Gajansoo, BPP Kripalpur, BPP Sandwan and discussed security issues and briefed the nafri deployed at nakas. They passed instructions on spot. The visit of the senior officers of police was made keeping in view the security senario for upcoming August 15 arrangements. Senior officers discussed various issues related to border security management and ensure effective Liaison between various security agencies. The whole exercise took place under the overall supervision of SSP Jammu Shridhar Patil.
