PM takes concrete steps for rehabilitation of package employees: Ambardar

JAMMU, Nov 21: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLC, Surinder Ambardar, today said that that Rs 80,000 crore package announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his recent visit to the State will herald an era of development in J&K .
Addressing a press conference here today along with BJP spokesperson Balbir Ram Rattan Mr Ambardar said such huge package announced by Mr Modi shows that how concerned the BJP is for the development of  all three regions of the State.
“This package will transform the State into one of the modern, progressive and prosperous states of the country” he added
Ambardar also stated that this historical package announced by Prime Minister has all the components which will benefit all the sections of the society living in Jammu and Kashmir as the package which is one of its kinds will help this State in achieving new heights of development
BJP MLC, while elaborating, said that  every segment has been touched in the package including the flood victims and no region has been neglected but their aspirations were taken into consideration.
While briefing on the component of Security and welfare of displaced people, BJP MLC said that Rs 2000 crore have been kept for the Rehabilitation of the employees who have been appointed in the PM Package, which includes creating of new 3000 jobs for the displaced community and construction of transit accommodation for the employees, who have been and will be appointed under PM package. He further added that Rs 1,080 has been kept for additional jobs and Rs 200 crore for purchasing of the land and Rs 720 crore for construction of the Transit accommodation, which will act as a huge Confidence Building Measure for the displaced community
Ambardar added that the previous Governments had just provided the jobs for the displaced community however there were no concrete steps taken for the rehabilitation of the employees who had gone to Valley for the jobs as they have been living on sharing basis which used to hamper their personal lives to greater extent however this Government led by visionary Prime Minister Narendra Modi has kept the provision of providing better facilities to all the employees who had or will be going to Valley for which the entire displaced Kashmiri Pandit Community extend their gratitude to Prime Minister as this step will boost the confidence of the entire KP community.
