JAMMU, Mar 19: To ensure the victory of its party candidates in the ensuing Parliament elections, BJP will intensify its election campaign within days in the State.
This was stated by party State president, Ravinder Raina in a statement issued here today. He said Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, BJP national president, Amit Shah, Union Home Minister, Rajnath Singh, Defence Minister, Nirmala Sita Raman, Union Road Transport & Highways Minister, Nitin Gadkari and others senior party leaders will campaign for the BJP candidates from both Parliament seats of Jammu region.
Ravinder Raina said that he will address more than 120 rallies in favour of party candidates in Jammu region to seek votes for BJP candidates.
He said top national leaders from BJP will also be sparing their valuable time to address the election rallies in Jammu region in connection with Parliament elections. During election campaign, Ravinder Raina will cover the whole of Jammu region, by conducting Mandal wise rallies. Jammu region has total 37 Assembly constituencies, out of which 20 Assembly constituencies are in Jammu-Poonch Parliament Constituency and 17 Assembly constituencies are in Udhampur-Doda Parliament Constituency.
Raina will be addressing election rallies in Samba, Vijaypur, Nagrota, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu East, Jammu West, Bishnah, Ranbir Singh Pura, Suchetgarh, Marh, Raipur Domana, Akhnoor, Chhamb, Nowshera, Darhal, Rajouri, Kalakot, Surankote, Mendhar, Poonch-Haveli Assembly constituencies in Jammu, Poonch, Rajouri and Samba districts falling under Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary Constituency.
Similarly, he will also address election rallies in Kishtwar, Inderwal, Doda, Bhadarwah, Ramban, Banihal, Gulabgarh, Reasi, Gool Arnas, Udhampur, Chenani, Ramnagar, Bani, Basohli, Kathua, Billawar and Hira Nagar Assembly constituencies in Kishtwar, Ramban, Kathua, Doda, Reasi and Udhampur districts falling under Udhampur-Doda Parliamentary Constituency.
After Jammu region, the rallies in a grand way among masses will also be conducted in the regions of Kashmir and Ladakh.
Ravinder Raina, while commenting on mega election rallies, said that BJP is the voice of common masses. And this time, party will secure more votes in its kitty than earlier. He termed these rallies to be medium of mass contact for mass mobilization. He said that he will also encourage the public to participate in maximum numbers in the Parliament election to celebrate this election as festival.
Ravinder Raina, today started the election campaign from Nadd in Samba district, by addressing the first rally there to gain the mass support in favour of BJP’s Lok Sabha candidate.
Dr. Davinder Manyal, Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra, Rashpal Verma, Jangbir Singh, also accompanied State president during the rally.
