JAMMU, July 6: A meeting of executive members of Plus 2 Officers Forum was held under the chairmanship of Ram Parkash Sharma for highlighting the grievances and demands of the incharge Principals.
The meet urged the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary School Education Department to regularize the cadre without further delay. “We were promoted as In-charge Principals after serving in the department for 20-22 years as Lecturers and despite all eligibilities, have not yet been regularized,” they said and added that some of them have retired as incharge Principals.
The meet also highlighted other issues like anomaly in grade pay and demanded assured career progression.
The meeting was attended by Subash Sharma, Uttam Kohli, N K Sharma and others.
