The case was registered by ACB on the allegations that the engagement and regularization of ineligible Rehbar-e-Taleem (ReT) teacher was made on the basis of fake and forged 10+2 marks certificates in Education Zone Hardapunzu, Budgam. The investigation found that the beneficiary Abdul Latif Khan was engaged as Rehbar-e-Taleem (ReT) in the year 2000 at Primary School Batapora in pursuance to conspiracy by then ZEO with other concerned officers/officials and accused beneficiary.
After a gap of three years of accused beneficiary’s engagement as ReT, his 10+2 Marks certificate was confirmed fake by J&K BOSE and hence he was not eligible for his initial engagement as ReT.
