JAMMU, July 29: A delegation of All J&K Plus-2 Lecturers’ Forum under the leadership of Deepak Sharma, called on Advisor to Governor, Khurshid Ahmed Ganai and apprised him about various issues and grievances pertaining to Plus 2 community.
Deepak Sharma submitted a memorandum, containing demands like Time Bound Promotion in favour of Plus-2 Lecturers, benefit of Running Grade/Time Bound Promotion, expediting of regularization of all Incharge incumbents of Education Department right from incharge lecturers to Joint Directors, exemption of newly appointed lecturers from SRO- 202 or Revocation of said SRO for all cadres, fixation of Induction Quota into KAS in favour of Plus 2 lecturers or repatriation of Joint directors of KAS cadre from Education Department to their parent cadre, non vacational status to Plus 2 Principals , revival of 40 percent college quota, removal of Pay anomalies and regularization of Physical Education Lecturers , release of promotion lists of Senior Lecturers , Principals , CEOs and Joint Directors at the earliest.
Deepak Sharma also raised the issue of five months pending salary of Plus 2 Principals working on different assignments in surplus capacity.
Khurshid Ahmed Ganai gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured to redress all the grievances in general and Time Bound Promotion / ACP in particular.
