This is to draw your attention towards ignoring far flung areas like Poonch, Rajouri, Doda and Bhadarwah during talent hunt workshops. There is immense talent available in these areas, but it remains unexploited as nobody pays attention to them. It has been observed that workshops are often organised in district Jammu only, as it is easy for organisers to conduct workshop there.
The ICCR authorities much reach these inaccessible areas without further delay. The discriminatory attitude adopted has caused heartburn among the talented youth here. These people do not know whom to approach, so that they can pursue their dreams and give vent to their feelings.
It is hoped that ICCR would reach the farflung areas, and provide youth the necessary platform to exhibit their talent to the world.
