These days JKSSB is holding interviews for different post on fast track basis in all the districts of Jammu and Kashmir. However, one finds that the interview Panel constituted for conducting interview is not a balanced one, as it does not have experts of all subjects. The faculty consists merely of science experts. These subject experts conduct interviews even of candidates belonging to Arts and Commerce streams. These experts, it is reported, ask questions which pertain to science only and thereby put these candidates in an awkward position.
The Chairman is requested to constitute interview panel from all subjects to avoid inconvenience to the aspiring candidates.
