JAMMU, Apr 7: Terming the statements of National Conference (NC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that if Article 370 and 35 -A of Indian Constitution were abrogated, the Kashmir will cease to be a part of India as totally baseless, Panun Kashmir (PK) today said that the accession of the State with India has been made prior to coming into existence of Indian Constitution.
Ridiculing the statements of NC and PDP leaders in this regard, PK convener, Dr Agnishekhar and its chairman, Dr Ajay Chrungoo told reporters here, today that J&K has become the party of India through Instrument of Accession signed by then Maharaja Hari Singh with Indian Union. “When J&K became part of India there was no Article 370 or 35 A which came into existence much later”, they added.
The PK leaders said India is an invisible Union of States and J&K is and was part of it. If Constitution is even changed still J&K will continue to be part of India. The Constitution of Russia and Germany was changed but the countries remained same, they added.
The PK leaders accused the NC and PDP of acting as over ground activists of terrorists and they should be told in unequivocal terms by the Government that if they will go ahead with such a philosophy, they too will met the same fate which Jamat-e-Islamia, JKLF and the other over ground support structure of terrorists met.
Dr Ajay Chrungoo and Agnishekhar said that by these statements the Kashmiri leaders are deceiving themselves also and Election Commission of India should take action against the two parties for their anti national statements.
Terming NC and PDP as the launching pads of secessionism and separatism within the country like Pakistan is the launching pad of terrorism they demanded that the leaders of the se parties be dealt under the law. The Central Government should change its policies against the two parties who in 70 years can’t bring Kashmir closer to India and instead created anti national movement in the State.
Calling the action against the Jamat and JKLF a belated decision, they said it should have been taken much earlier. The PK leaders said that they have been since demanding action against Ahal-e-Hadees , Jamat and JKLF who are spilling venom and indoctrinating the people.
Terming voting in exile as a mockery they however said that Kashmiri Hindu Samaj should support those who support their separate homeland demand on the North East of river Jehlum. The PK leaders said that the return of Pandits can’t be return of natural calamity sufferers and hence KPs demand reversal of genocide which will only be through carving out of Homeland with UT status.
