KATHUA, Sept 15: Piping ceremony of recently promoted 13 ASIs was held here at District Police Office (DPO) Kathua, today.
All the 13 promoted officers were decorated with their new rank by SSP Kathua Shivdeep Singh, Jamwal who was accompanied by Additional SP, Kathua, Paramjeet Singh , SDPO Border, Dheeraj Singh Katoch, DySP Headquarters, Kathua, Manjeet Singh, DySP PC Kathua, Tilak Raj Bhardwaj, DySP DAR, Kathua, Subash Chander and RI DPL Kathua, Inspector, Sunil Sharma along with other police officers who expressed happiness over the promotion of these officers.
The newly promoted ASIs included Mohinder Paul, Narinder Singh, Ashwani Kumar, Bhagwan Singh, Rajinder Kumar, Paras Ram, Mohinder Singh, Mohd. Saleem, Swaran Singh, Ashok Singh, Swaran Singh, Vakil Chand and Swaran Singh.
On the occasion, SSP Kathua congratulated the newly promoted officers and their families and advised them to continue to serve the Department with more enthusiasm and highest degree of dedication.
During the colourful ceremony, the newly promoted officers expressed their gratitude towards the Police Department for conferring the next rank and timely upgradation. They also pledged to work with same zeal and enthusiasm.
