SRINAGAR, Mar 30: A piping ceremony was held at DIG CKR Office to decorate Inspector Zahoor Ahmad Ganai, a sub inspector appointee of 1993 to the rank of Dy. Superintendent of Police today.
A Police spokesman said the officer was decorated by DIG CKR Srinagar, V.K. Birdi and SSP Budgam, Tejinder Singh.
