KATHUA, Mar 8: The piping ceremony was held at SPS, PTS Kathua to decorate the newly promoted police officer, SI, Ajay Kumar, constables Suman Singh, Vinod Kumar, Sat Paul, Anil Kumar and Liaquat Ali to the ranks of Inspector/ Special Grade constables. The promotees were decorated with new ranks by Arun Gupta (SSP) Principal SPS PTS Kathua and Ranjeet Singh, SSP Vice Principal, SPS PTS, Kathua in presence of gazetted officers and administrative staff.
SI Ajay Kumar has been promoted to the rank of Inspector after rendering more than 10 years of unblemished service in the same rank.
The Principal, SPS PTS Kathua congratulated the newly promoted police officer, officials, their families and exhorted the promotees to work with more zeal and enthusiasm in the new ranks.
