SAMBA, Aug 3: After the failure of PDD authorities to check the menace of illegal connections in the area which was the main cause of power crisis, the inhabitants of Shiv Nagar Vijaypur today removed all the illegal connections, seized the heaters and other gadgets being run by people in the area.
The volunteers of the area also removed all illegal connections from Jhhugis and collected full sumo loaded with wire and heaters which were totally illegal.
The volunteers have also warned against the misuse of electricity in this hot and humid season which has led to many problems to common man.
