JAMMU, Nov 23: Apni Party president, Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday claimed that people have rejected the divisive politics in J&K which was responsible for seven decades of suffering.
Addressing a joining programme here, Altaf Bukhari said that Apni Party is committed for equitable development without playing with emotions of the people.

Apni Party State general secretary, Vijay Bakaya, provincial president, Jammu, S. Manjit Singh and others were also present on the occasion.
In his speech, Bukhari said that people have accepted the politics of development and rejected the politics of hate and division.
“We promise what is achievable without misleading the people to gain their support. The people of J&K have remained victim of these traditional political parties which promoted divisive politics and used emotional sloganeering,” he maintained.

He said that the industrial sector established in Samba and Kathua districts have employed outsiders.
