SAMBA, Jan 7 : The people of Ward No. 5, Vijaypur held a protest rally in front of the office of S.D.M, Vijaypur. The inhabitants were raising slogans against the Power Development Department (PDD).
They alleged that the department was using sub standard material in repairing transformers. They said that transformers are constantly burning after being repaired by the Department and people are facing this problem multiple times within a week.
