Peas weakens on subdued demand

NEW DELHI, June 20:  In restricted activity, peas prices eased by Rs 50 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale pulses market today following sluggish demand against sufficient stocks position.
Marketmen said subdued demand from retailers against adequate stocks in the market mainly led to decline in peas prices.
In the national capital, peas white and green slipped by Rs 50 each to Rs 2,800-2,825 and Rs 2,800-2,900 per quintal respectively.
