JAMMU, Feb 28: All the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) members stayed away and did not participate in the proceedings in the Upper House today.
A party spokesman told the Excelsior that in view of their ongoing protest on the issue of Afzal Guru, the PDP legislators (MLCs), Sayed Asgar Ali, Murtaza Khan, Mohd Asgar Mir and Nizamuddin Khatana boycotted the proceedings in the Legislative Council.
