SAMBA, Aug 17: The PDD Engineers of Sub Division Vijaypur along with other staff members conducted the raids in the area and imposed a penalty of Rs 47569 on the defaulters.
One FIR was also registered in Police Station Vijaypur against a defaulter for illegal use of power. During the raid 40 number of Juggis were regularized and 32 connections of Juggis were disconnected.
The raid was conducted under the supervision of AEE M&RE Sub Division Vijaypur Narotam Kumar who was assisted by Vikram Jit and Deep Kumar both AEs and other field staff.
