JAMMU, Nov 23: The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) has strongly condemned the cowardly act of Pakistan in beheading a soldier and killing of two other jawans in Machhail sector besides resorting to heavy shelling in border areas targeting civilian population.
In a statement PCC chief, GA Mir strongly condemned Pakistan for its cowardly and barbaric act which amounts to greater provocation and violation of all international norms and worst human rights violation. He saluted the martyrs and expressed sympathies with their family members.
Mir said that escalation of situation on the border and LoC by Pakistan in the aftermath of surgical strikes since September 29, is matter of great concern as over 300 ceasefire violations have taken place since then and repeated incidence of killing and mutilization of the bodies of our soldiers.
