New Delhi, Dec 26: H.S.Paul, former President of Delhi Advertising Club and Chief Executive of Paul Media Services was conferred with a Doctorate Degree in Advertising Management by Victoria Global University at the 12th.Countrywide Impact Award & Convocation, held recently at Russian Centre for Science & Culture, here.
According to Dr.Abhiram Kulshreshtha, Managing Director, ACS Media Corporation (organiser of the event), Babul Suprio, Union MoS for Heavy Industries & Public Enterprise, Bollywood Singer Suresh Wadkar and Musician Lalit Pandit were the chief guests on this occasion. There were seven people from different walks of life, who received Doctorate Degree for their extra ordinary contribution to their related profession.
The play titled “Save & Educate Girl Child” and musical programme were the attraction of the event.

He is also member of Foreign Correspondent Club of South Asia, Advertising Standards Council of India, Mumbai, Public Relations Society of India, New Delhi, Delhi Management Association and Chelmsford Club of Delhi.
