JAMMU: Union Minister Jitendra Singh said today that the Union Government would soon open Post Office Passport Seva Kendras in all the districts across the country.
Singh said two such kendras have been opened in Kargil and Udhampur, and soon two more would be opened in Kathua and Baramulla.
Addressing a gathering after inaugurating a Passport Adalat-cum Mela in Jammu, he said the ‘adalats’ were being organised to resolve grievances and ensure transparency.
He said a passport kendra would be set up in Jammu for which land has been identified and work will be started soon. (AGENCIES)
