JAMMU, Oct 20: Pankaj Kumar Sharma, a KAS officer, has been posted as Additional Secretary in the Lt Governor, Manoj Sinha’s Secretariat.
He was presently posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department.
