UDHAMPUR July 17: People of Pancheri tehsil, which comprises around two dozen Panchayats, are suffering due to bad condition of road link.
Pancheri is a beautiful place, which is about 39 kms from district headquarter Udhampur but the poor condition of road is the root cause of various problems of the locals, who have demanded immediate attention of the administration in this regard.
According to Sarpanch Pancheri, Baldav Singh, despite various representations made to the Government and elected representatives, no action has been taken to improve the road condition. Education, Health service, Agriculture and its marketing, business avenues etc are suffering due to bad road connectivity and ultimately resulting into backwardness of the block, he added.
