The activists of Manch raising slogans that Pakistan should vacate the PoJK, Gilgit and Baltistan which are the parts of India and were in its illegal occupation, said the people of these regions are being suppressed and oppressed by Pakistan Government.
Speaking to media persons at the sidelights of the programme, Indresh Kumar said that the campaign was launched in view of the slogan given by Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi that the international boundaries be respected. He said Pakistan is not a nation but it has come into existence due to the conspiracy of Britishers as well as former Prime Minster of India, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru and founder of Pakistan, Ali Mohammed Jinah.
He said this campaign has been launched to get back the PoJK , Gilgit and Baltistan as there is simmering unrest and resentment in these parts of J&K against the Pakistani Government which has forcefully kept these areas of India under its occupation and have suppressed the voice of people for decades.
He said people of Sindh, Baltistan and Balochistan don’t consider themselves the natives of Pakistan as they are separate civilizations and they consider themselves Sindhis, Balochis, Pakhtooons etc. Maintaining that Pakistan in no where in picture, he said these areas were part of India since the Mahabharta period and they share a common civilization and culture with India.
He said that Pakistan is on the verge of disintegration as the people of these regions want liberation from that country and they have already launched the movement in this connection. He said after its formation Pakistan got fragmented in 1971 after the formation of Bangladesh and now other regions have started a movement for liberation from Pakistan.
He said a solemn pledge was taken by the hundreds of activists of the Muslim Manch to liberate these regions from Pakistan and in this connection different programmes will be held at various places now.
Taking a dig at the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD), Indresh Kumar said that the Manch has thrown an open challenge to Alliance leaders who misled the people of J&K for over 70 years for their vested interests. “These leaders have lost their relevance as after being released from jails and house arrests they had thought that thousands of people will come to welcome them but it proved contrary to their expectations as people did not show any enthusiasm in their release”, he added.
He said earlier they said that they will boycott the BDC elections but their workers revolted against them and they opposed the boycott. This resulted in infighting within the Alliance.
Indresh Kumar also did not spare Congress for supporting the “Gupkar Gang” saying that the party was playing an anti national and undemocratic card by aligning with People’s Alliance.
He, while fully justifying the Modi Government’s decision in annulling the controversial Articles 370 and 35-A, said with it a new beginning of development and national integration has started. The J&K was brought in the national mainstream with this decision and it will be now the beginning of a new era which will pave way for peace and prosperity of the people of the two regions of J&K.
He also allayed the fears that with 370 and 35-A abrogation, the people will lose their land in J&K saying that how any one can lose his property when he or she will not sell it. In Haryana, same has happened but no one sold their agriculture land instead the barren land was sold by the people and they earned a lot of money after industrialization in the erstwhile State, he added.
He also lambasted the Gupkar Alliance leaders including its chairman, Dr Farooq Abdullah, vice chairperson, Mehbooba Mufti and former CM J&K, Omar Abdullah. He said there is a general view among the masses that if Mehbooba does not lift the Tiranga she has no need to stay in this country.
He said the Kashmiris have always given chance to Dr Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah and other leaders but neither they proved loyal to Kashmiris nor to India and instead their rhetoric was always anti national. “If Farooq has love for China, he should go there and leave Kashmir as well as India”, he added.
Indresh Kumar, while cautioning the people against the Gupkar Gang said that supporting them is against the national interests. “They are dividing the people for their vested interests but they will never succeed in their designs”, he added.
They are misleading the people for their own motives but have now been exposed before the public, he said and added that during the seminar it was resolved that all efforts will be made to restore the pristine glory of J&K which was paradise on earth where all people in both the regions will live in complete peace and harmony, besides those who have been uprooted will return to their native land with honour and dignity.
Abhay Pargal, National Executive Member Saksham, a wing of RSS, MRM State president, Nazir Ahmed , its Jammu province president, Manzoor Wadana were present. During the seminar, Ali Mushtaq who newly joined the organization was appointed as vice president J&K.
