LEH, Jan 6: Padma Angmo has been posted as Secretary, Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh and assigned the duties of Administrative Secretary of the Departments of Information, Election, Higher Education, ICPS cum DGICPS, Technical and Skill Development.
An order in this regard was issued yesterday by the General Administration Department of the UT of Ladakh.
As per the order, she will also look after all the training programs and training centres being operated by social Welfare Department, Handloom/Handicraft Departments and also the implementation of CSSs concerning skill development funded by NSDC (including UDAAN), Ministry of Tribal Affairs and Ministry of Minority Affairs.
