MENDHAR, Sept 3: Revenue Department today cancelled all the illegal allotments of the 28 people who had illegally encroached about 289 kanal and 18 marlas of the State land with Khasra No 1384/1367/1295/1282 in Harni area.
A team of revenue officials led by Naib Tehsildar, Harni, Mohd Sageer Chowdhary along with a police team from Gursai Police Station, led by SHO Inspector MA Mirza visited the spot and removed the illegal encroachment by destroying the fodder crops sown on the State land.
The anti-encroachment drive was conducted under the overall supervision of Assistant Commissioner, revenue, Poonch, Shafiq Ahmed.
