JAMMU, Mar 23: The new era of dual selfie camera started today with the start of pre-bookings for Oppo F3 Plus.
The same was announced by the company in a small but impressive function, in the presence of Sunny Bhat ASM Oppo and Sharma Electronics/ National Panasonic Shoppee authorised distributor for Oppo Camera Phones for Jammu.
The Oppo F3 Plus has been launched all across India today and has been competitively priced at Rs 30990 with a first-of-its-kind dual front facing selfie camera.
Speaking on the occasion, Sunny Bhat said that the F3 Plus will go on sale from 1st April and pre-orders for booking begin on today itself and will extend till March 31. He said that F3 Plus will be available in black and gold colour variants.
He said that the highlight of Oppo F3 Plus is its dual selfie camera setup. It bears one 16-megapixel 1/3.1-inch sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and one 8-megapixel sensor. While the former sports a 76.4-degree wide-angle lens, the latter sports a 120-degree wide-angle lens that allows for 105-degree field-of-view group selfies.
Users can choose which lens they want to use, and, the smartphone comes with a Smart Facial Recognition feature that Oppo says automatically suggests which lens is ideal. The smartphone comes with various camera features, including the Beautify 4.0 app, Selfie Panorama, Screen Flash, and Palm Shutter, he said.
While briefing about the revolutionary technology, he said that the launch of Oppo F3 Plus has kickstarted the group selfie trend.
The Oppo F3 Plus also bears a fingerprint sensor on the home button, to unlock the smartphone in as little as 0.2 seconds. It bears a 6-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) JDI In-Cell 2.5D curved display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
