KARGIL, Sept 16: Exec-utive Officer, Municipal Committee, Kargil, today said the open defecation is completely prohibited within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee, Kargil.
“Any person found defecating in open shall be imposed with a fine of Rs 200 and persons found urinating in open shall be imposed with a fine of Rs100 and the habitual and chronic defaulters shall be booked under relevant provision of law,” the officer said.
