JAMMU, Apr 5: One person was injured in the collision of two vehicles in Manda area falling under the jurisdiction of police post Panjtirthi.
According to police sources, a mini-bus bearing registration number JK02Q-8729 which was on its way from Jammu to Nagrota, hit a scooty coming from wrong side at Manda near Peer Baba.
Sources said in the mishap, scooty rider namely Sonu son of Rattan Lal, resident of House No. 23K, High Court Road (Jammu) received serious injuries. “The injured was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, for treatment while Panjirthi police had taken cognizance of the matter,” they added.
