JAMMU, June 16: A suspected drug peddler was arrested with heroin-like-substance in Rajiv Nagar area here today.
During routine patrolling duty near Rajiv Nagar Bridge, one Sahil Singh of Purkhoo Camp, Domana, was arrested with some heroin-like-substance, a police official said.
He was accordingly booked in case FIR number 183/2025 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and further investigation taken up, he said.
