RAJOURI, May 6: The police seized 70 kg Lahan and 2 litres of illicit liquor and arrested one person in this connection at Sakri village in district Rajouri.
Official sources said that Excise team from Rajouri led by Insp Mohd Parvez during raids at several villages including Palma, Sakri, Panjnara and Mandirgalla arrested one person and seized 70 kg Lahan from his possession. Identified as Kulwant Singh, son of Balwant Singh, from Sakri, he was booked under Excise Act. Two litres of illicit liquor was also seized by police.
