KATHUA, Apr 6: Continuing its action against illicit liquor a police team of Police Post (PP) Nagri under the supervision of in charge PP in its jurisdictional area apprehended one person namely Sunita Devi, wife of Ashok Kumar of Kullian, tehsil Kathua.
During checking, approximately 35litres of illicit (desi) liquor was recovered from her possession. Later on, lady was arrested and liquor was seized.
A case vide FIR No 158/2021 U/S 48 (a) Excise Act has been registered in concerned Police Station and further investigation of the case is going on.
