JAMMU, Dec 22: New Young Blood Organisation (NYBO) organised a programme at Bakshi Nagar Church on the eve of Christmas here, today.
On the occasion the organization distributed blankets among the needy people. Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of the organization, Ashok Verma extended the Merry Christmas to the people. While highlighting the role of his organisation he said it is organising blood donation camps, eye check up camps, medical camps and other social welfare camps in rural as well as urban areas of the Jammu region for the benefit of the general public.
He said even it provides free of cost treatment to the people in these camps who are not able to afford the treatment due to poverty. He said a blood donation camp will be organised on the occasion of Christmas on December 25 at Sainik School Nagrota in which Army soldiers will donate blood. Naveen Gupta , Brij Mehra, Raj Kumar, Rakesh Verma, Vikram and others were present.
