LEH, Nov 19: The Councilor, Upper Leh, Gelong Lobzang Nyantak in a statement expressed strong resentment over poor supply with frequent power breaks in Leh and surrounding areas, causing severe problems to the common mass.
He said that with the installation of power meters, the power scenario has further deteriorated instead of showing improvements. He asserted that keeping in view the fast approaching auspicious festival of both Buddhists and Muslims, if the power condition continues to remain grim, it may lead to serious issues.
On his part, the Councilor assured to take up the case with the higher authorities to bring a relief to the consumers.
