NSUI launches membership drive

JAMMU, Dec 26: NSUI national secretary and incharge J&K, Vishal Choudhary today launched NSUI membership drive in the State.
The drive was formally launched from the Congress headquarters in Jammu in presence of PCC general secretary Shahnawaz Choudhary and NSUI activists.
While launching the membership, Vishal said that active members are strength and backbone of the organization. “NSUI is here to strengthen each and every student leader who believes in positive and welfare politics for the student community. Our doors are open for every student activist who believes in the ideology of Congress party,” he said.
JKPCC general secretary Shahnawaz Choudhary stressed upon the student leaders to raise the issues of common students and create an atmosphere of debates in discussions in universities and colleges.
Others, who were present on the occasion, included Shadab Khan (Prob-NOB) Incharge Jammu and Kashmir, Raqeeq Khan, Amjad Bhat (State vice presidents), Ajay Kumar, Saleem Chowdhary  (national delegates) Avijot Singh (State gen-secretary), Umar Wani (State-secretary),   Sunny Pharihar (district president Jammu),   Vishal Kotwal, Prakash Singh , Puneet Singh and   Mohd Yaseen.
