NSF dubs BJP as sleeping partner in Govt

JAMMU, Feb 4: Condemning the ‘unprincipled’ action of State Government to withdraw cases filed against 9730 stone pelters in Kashmir valley, National Secular Forum (NSF) has dubbed BJP as sleeping partner in the Government.
In a statement,  issued here today, NSF president Dr  Vikas Sharma said that clemency to 9730 stone pelters by the State Government was obviously with the consent of BJP Ministers who have failed to seek release and withdrawal of cases on persons from Jammu framed during Amarnath land row in the year 2008. He demanded that similar clemency needs to be shown and all cases filed in 2008 be withdrawn.
Calling upon  PM Modi to revisit his Kashmir policy in the overall interests of nationalist forces, Dr  Vikas demanded immediate withdrawal of FIR against the Army and also imposition of  Governor’s  rule in the State to check  the deteriorating security scenario in J&K without further delay.
