JAMMU, Aug 19: With a dream and vision of providing the best and modern treatment facilities to the people at very affordable prices, Amandeep Group of Hospitals has now entered into an agreement with the US company – Bouchell-Pops, through TTK Healthcare – under which the cheapest knee joints will now be available to patients.
Sharing this information with journalists at Amritsar, Dr Avtar Singh said that the gap between rich and poor in India is huge. The rich people get their treatment from the best to the best private hospital, but the poor people do not have the resources to get their treatment from the private hospitals. So, at Amandeep Group of Hospitals, it is always our endeavour to bring modern health facilities to every section of the society that are accessible to everyone.
“With this goal in mind, we have a special agreement with US company Bouchell-Pops through India’s renowned pharmaceutical company TTK, with which we now have a very sophisticated combination of very advanced knee joints at affordable prices. The specialty of these knee joints is that they are made of titanium metal and have a coating of ultra-coat,” Dr Avtar said, adding that the beauty of these new knees is that these are light weight, so soft and secure that the patient does not feel at all that their knees have changed.
Inventor of these new types of knees- Dr Frederick Buchel, MD FAAOS, FACS personally visited Amandeep Hospital today. Dr Avtar Singh informed the doctors and journalists present during the live surgery about the features and specialities of the new knee joint that is available now in Amandeep Group of Hospitals.
After surgery Dr Avtar Singh said that this would be the beginning of a new revolution in our country. Now, no poor patient will be forced to spend their life suffering because of expensive treatments.
