JAMMU, July 24: A notorious criminal was arrested by RS Pura police from Ward No 12, RS Pura.
According to a police spokesman, on specific input RS Pura police conducted a raid at Ward No 12 late last night and arrested a notorious criminal identified as Rocky Kumar alias Billa son of Ashok Kumar, resident of Gagian.
He said the arrested criminal was involved in four different cases and was still wanted in a case FIR No 188/15 under Section 452/323 RPC 4/25 1AA and a case FIR No 49/2016 under Section 341/323/147 RPC 4/25 RPC.
The arrest was made by a police team from police station RS Pura led by SI Ashwani Kumar under the supervision of Inspector Bhushan Manhas, SHO RS Pura, Deputy SP Harjit Singh, SDPO RS Pura and RC Kotwal, SP Headquarters.
