Srinagar, Nov 27: As the second phase of Kashmiri Pandit Sangarsh Samiti’s (KPSS) fast-unto-death today completed 120 hours right from its start from November 22, the Samiti said that Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits have become a ‘non-entity for the ruling party.’
The Samiti said that the ruling party used to praise their sacrifices in political rallies to grab the position in the power corridors. “Now, the same lot is taking revenge from us for staying back in Kashmir Valley and treating us with indifference,” KPSS said.
It said that it (ruling party) has turned blind and deaf towards their miseries “which are deliberately induced to destroy our existence in Kashmir Valley.”
KPSS said that the people who are following Prime Minister Narendra Modi are “damaging their existence in Kashmir Valley”
The Samiti asked the Prime Minister to either act on those who are not adhering to the orders of the High Court as well as that of the Central Government, or “test firing power of newly purchased Rafale Aircraft on us.”
“It is a known phrase for all that ‘Modi hai to mumkin hai’ So Narendra Modi Ji, either implement what you propagate ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ by taking action against the persons who are working against the ethos of the orders and directions issued by the Central Government and directions issued by High Court or gather all the left out Kashmiri Pandits / Kashmiri Hindus at one place in Kashmir Valley and test firing power of newly purchased Rafale Aircraft on us and free us from the miserable life which we are facing,” the KPSS said.
It said that the ruling party workers are presently trying to woo people to vote for them in District Development Council Elections, “the nationalist who always stood for the integrity of Country are denied survival despite directions from the higher authorities forcing KPSS President Sanjay K. Tickoo and Youth Activists Sandeep Koul and Bhupender Singh Jamwal to go for the second phase of Fast-Unto-Death pledge,” it said.
