Jammu, Nov 5: 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu MK Sharma today issued non-bailable arrest warrants against the then SP Operation Poonch Sewak Singh and his PSO Sat Pal Singh, who were convicted and awarded life-imprisonment for committing the murder of PSI Ajay Gupta and the sentence was confirmed by the High Court.
During the pendency of the appeal, both the accused were granted bail by the High Court but after confirming of the sentence awarded by the Trial Court both the accused had not surrendered before the court.
2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu after going through the file issued non-bailable arrest warrants against both the accused and sent the same to SSP Jammu for arrangement of execution of the warrants.
