JAMMU, Nov 23: Reserve Bank of India has expressed difficulties in providing additional cash to Jammu and Kashmir Bank for payment of Rs ten thousand advance salary to the Non-Gazetted employees of the State Government on November 24, 2016.
In view of the development, salary for the month of November 2016 will be credited to the accounts of all the employees at the end of the month as usual, says a Government order, issued today by the State Finance Department.
However, the employees are free to withdraw cash requirement from their bank accounts within the ceiling imposed by the RBI/Central Government as on date.
