JAMMU, Apr 29: Nirman Healthcare Hospital Amritsar here today inaugurated its new OPD center at Manda area of Akhnoor for the people traveling from Akhnoor and surrounding areas to Amritsar for better healthcare facilities.
SSP Mohan Lal was the chief guest on this occasion and he inaugurated the OPD center in the presence of prominent persons of the area.
A handout stated that Special OPD services for Orthopedics, Neurologists and general physicians will be available at the center.
A free health check-up camp was also organized on this occasion in which about 200 persons from the area got free check-up.
SSP Mohan Lal while speaking on the occasion said the OPD center will not only provide healthcare services but will also act as a step forward towards healthy and prosperous future for the community.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Karan Singh, former Sarpanch Kishori Lal, former Sarpanch Virender Kumar, former Sarpanch Ganesh Das, Vishal Sapolia, Rameshwar Das, Mangesh Sharma and Pandit Ashwani Vashisht.
