JAMMU, Feb 24: Indian Youth Congress National President, Keshav Chand Yadav has approved the name of State General Secretary, Nimrandeep Singh Bhullar as a State Incharge of Shakti Project of Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC).
Singh, who hails from border area, belongs to a family with non-political background.
He is an Engineering Graduate from the University of Jammu and did his higher studies in Welfare Policies and Management from Sydney (Australia).
He started his political career as a Social activist/Youth Leader and remained as an Assembly President of Youth Congress (Suchetgarh), General Secretary of Youth Congress (Jammu-Poonch Lok-Sabha) and was elected as State General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir PYC and is also a General Secretary Incharge of District Samba.
