KARGIL, Sept 8: Newly elected Councilors of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil, were administered oath of office here today.
Oath ceremony of 4th LAHDC elections took place at conference hall Baroo in which 26 elected Councilors took oath where
District and Session Judge S K Bhagat administered oath to 26 Councilors; 10 of National Conference, eight of Congress, two of PDP, one BJP and five independent. On this occasion, BJP MLC Vikaram Randawa, DC Kargil Vikas Kundal, SSP Kargil Dr Vinod Kumar and some District officers were present.
The Councilors, who were administered oath, included Haji Abass, Kacho Feroz, Agha Abass, Mubarak Shah, Altaf, Amim, Haji Gulam Mohd, Phunchok Tashi, Abdul Rahman, Aga Sayed Razvi, Aga Mohd Shah, Kacho Feroz , Stanzin Jigmeth, Gulam Medhi Seakh, Nasir Munchi, Zakir Hussain, Seakh Ansari, Mohd Qasim, Mosian Ali, Mohd Ali, Stanzin Lakpa, Kacho Ahmad Ali Khan, Agha Armam, Agha Mushtaba, Agah Medhi and Gulam Hadier.
