RAJOURI, Nov 19: Prof Javed Musarrat, the new Vice-Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, today assured that he would work tirelessly for uplifting the standard and level of education in this premier institution.
While speaking at a function, organized by Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Teachers Association in his welcome, the new Vice-Chancellor also appealed for cooperation from all the sections of officials in the university.
Earlier, president of BGSB University Teaching Association, Mir Aijaz, expressed his deep gratitude towards Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, who is the Chancellor of BGSB University, for appointing Prof Musarrat as the third VC of BSGB University. He added that with the blessings of Sufi Saint Baba Ghulam, Prof Musarrat will bring the changes, expected from him.
Aijaz also said that university has seen many ups and downs during its short history but the ‘Achhe Din’ are back in the university and the institute shall see the same very soon in coming days.
Teachers Association also expressed great satisfaction that new Vice Chancellor has assured personal interest in academic curricular and the welfare measures of students community, the faculty and all the stake holders of the University.
