JAMMU, Dec 25: The New Era Environmental High School, Circular Road, Jammu organized a meeting of its alumni today.
The meeting was organized at KC Residency. About 50 ex-students and teachers participated in the event. It was a nostalgic for one and all present there. The event began with paying floral tributes to late Dr D K Jain, the founder trustee of the School.
Mrs Prabha Jain was the chief guest on the occasion. Many ex-students had come from out stations which added grace and charm to the occasion. The students recalled their school days and owed their success in life to the School, as many of them doing their best in different sectors viz private or Government.
Teachers who were present there were Neetu Misra, Randheer Sharma, Manpreet Kour and Padma. Ashima Sher (KAS), Sumit Chaturvedi, Dr Minal Uppal and many others considered themselves blessed to be a part of this school which left no stone unturned to bring out the best in them.
