Need to intensify mobile vaccination campaign across J&K: Priya

JAMMU, May 7: Senior BJP leader and former minister, Priya Sethi today said that there is dire need to intensify the mobile vaccination campaign across J&K to contain the spread of Corona pandemic.
She was talking to reporters during her visit to a vaccination centre here today where she had gone to take stock of the problems being faced by the people.
Sethi along with JMC Councillor, Anil Masoom; BJP Jammu District General Secretary, Kuldeep Kandhari and other leaders visited vaccination centre at Center Basic School Jammu and interacted with citizens and enquired about their wellbeing.
Priya said that world’s biggest vaccination drive has been undertaken in India to ensure protection of its 130 crore population and PM Modi is keen that it should be carried out with least inconvenience to any citizen.
She appealed the public not to believe in rumors and appeal young persons of 18 plus to go for vaccination.
She appealed administration that there is dire need to enhance the number of mobile vaccination centers across J&K for early vaccination of 18 plus people.
The BJP leader emphasized that before COVID-19 third wave there is dire need to vaccinate most of the people to safeguard their lives.
